Brave Witches (ブレイブウィッチーズ, Bureibu Witchīzu) is a spin-off anime of the main Strike Witches anime series. Originally created by Humikane Shimada via a series of magazine illustration columns. The anime features the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing.
Set immediately after the first season of Strike Witches. The Gallian Hive had just been destroyed, and a new Hive threatens the 502nd. The story focuses on the adventures of Karibuchi Hikari and her enlistment to the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing stationed at Petersburg, Orussia.

Production Delays[]
As announced by "Anime News Network", the official website of the Brave Witches spinoff television anime announced last Thursday that the airing of the anime's fourth episode has been delayed by a week due to delays in the production schedule. All networks airing the anime will instead air the Strike Witches: Operation Victory Arrow "St. Trond's Thunder" episode.
