Brave Witches Prequel: The Vast Land of Orussia (ブレイブウィッチーズPrequel オラーシャの大地, Burēbu Witchīzu Prequel: Orussia no Daichi) is a manga series that was released in Newtype magazine from April 2017 to October 2017. It is also available in Kindle digital books. This the manga version of Brave Witches Prequel Volume 1 light novel.
A story depicting the days before the anime "Brave Witches". Forefront of defending humanity from the invasion of Neuroi, the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing is created in Petersburg. The story follows the new members of the 502nd as they join the team. Kanno Naoe, who wants to call Karibuchi Takami, an ace of the Fuso Empire, deepens ties with her new friends while struggling to increase her number of shots down.
