Charles De Gaulle is a General of the Gallian military.
He was in attendance for the 506th Joint Fighter Wings official commencement ceremony. While he was expected to arrive in the afternoon of the day's ceremonial proceedings, he made an early appearance from his normal arrival time at the behest of his beloved youngest daughter, Anne De Gaulle.

- His real life counterpart was a French army officer and statesman who led the French Resistance.
- Charles De Gaulle's real life counterpart, while having the reputation of being undemonstrative in his affections for his family, was more open and extroverted with Anne. He would entertain her with songs, dances, and pantomimes. His strike witches world incarnation seems to have some downplayed traces of his real world counterparts personality; given he is shown usually expressing subdued emotions. He does however show a great deal of care and consideration for his youngest daughter Anne, and warmly applauded Rosalie de Hemricourt de Grunne's speech to the attendees of the Unit's Commencement ceremony.
- Charles De Gaul's Wife is Yvonne de Gaulle, who set up a charity, La foundation Anne-de-Gaulle, to help children with disabilities.
