Charlotte Lueder (シャーロット・リューダー^?)

A Tank Witch from the Schwarzwald, Karlsland.

She is based on Hans-Georg Lueder, the first commander of the Schwere Panzer-Abeiltung 501 in Africa, where he was wounded, 28 February, 1943.

Background

From a family with long bloodline of witches, her parents died soon after her birth, leaving her in the care of her grandmother. After the grandmother passed away as well, she was recruited by Friederike Porsche.

While Charlotte is descended from a long line of Karlsland witches and the magical bloodline is an ancient one: such information is not common knowledge. As a result many people even amongst her peers know little about her background historically and as a result many theory's have abound. It's not at all helped by the fact that some people speculated a theory that she is a Karldlander of Liberion heritage: which is attributed to the fact it was is what was found recorded in her military profile. But it's stipulated that due to development costs of the Tiger I striker by the Liberion Government that their was an incentive to portray the Tiger I operator as someone of Liberion linage, even if it were a result of cooking the books and maintaining a falsehood.

Personality

She is griefed when seeing others with families, when she herself has lost all of hers. She is then helped during her stay at the surplus depot, when the entire facility celebrates her birthday by watching The Wizard of Oz, and she realizes that everyone can be loved.

Striker Unit

Her striker unit is based upon the PzKpfw VI 'Tiger I'. It is extremely large and slow, and uses the powerful 8.8cm cannon. The Tiger I unit stands roughly at about 12-14 feet tall.

During the Neuroi assault on the surplus depot after the loss of Tiger I unit 250012, she uses a striker based on the PzKpfw IV Ausf. H known as the PzKpfw IV "Extra Special", which by external armored Sheets (referred to as Schürzen offers better shielding and defensive protection than an average PzKpfw IV and a longer barreled witch combat gun for better range as the unit's standard load-out until Tiger I unit 250011 was activated for use in Operation Sphinx., and gives her much more speed then the Tiger I.

Charlotte has operated two Tiger I striker units: Production Number 250011 an 250012. Production number 250012 was the unit deployed initially for field testing and was destroyed during the event known as "Patton's Rampage": a rescue mission conducted to rescue the Tiger one, it's operator and it's maintenance crew from a Neruoi attack that involved multiple Neruoi turtles, flying goblets and a ultra heavy land Neruoi consisting of an assimilated ships hull. While it was believed that the time of deployment that 250011 was the unit that was destroyed by overloading the magic engine to in turn destroy the weakened ultra heavy land Neruoi, it was found instead to be unit 250012. Tiger I production Unit 250011 was in fact held in reserve at Icosium until Operation Sphinx.
