Lyudmila Andreyevna Ruslanova (リュドミラ・アンドレエヴナ・ルスラノヴァ) is a witch of the League of Nations Air Forces Aviation Magic Band Luminous Witches, originating from Orussia and affiliated with the Orussia Imperial Army. Her nickname is Milasha. Her familiar's name is Olivier.

A girl with a personality of extremely energetic highs and lows, but who is always at the mercy of her surroundings. The protagonist's rival whose fashion sense is a bit lame. She secretly adds poems to her flight log.
