Jennifer J. DeBlanc (ジェニファー・J・デ・ブランク?) is a Night Witch of the 506th Joint Fighter Wing, originating from Liberion.
Background
She likes to talk about the fact that she is a descendant of Hispanian nobles who migrated to Liberion. Because of her heritage she considers herself to be suitable person for the 506th JFW, and was first considered to be assigned to A-unit. But she still very much sees herself as a Liberion witch, so she wanted to go to the base in Dijon with the other Liberion witches.
