The Music Squadron (音楽隊, Ongaku-tai), officially known as the League of Nations Air Forces (LNAF) Aviation Magic Band "Luminous Witches" (連盟空軍航空魔法音楽隊「ルミナスウィッチーズ」, Renmei Kūgun Kōkū Mahō Ongaku-tai "Ruminasu Witchīzu"), is a unique squadron of witches who use the healing power of songs and music.
Service history and function
In 1944, the Music Squadron was formed in Britannia in order to recruit the witches who are considered "unsuitable for battle" in term of psychical and mental injuries, personalities, and skills. Its members use songs and music to provide a moment of peace and heal to those who fight against the Neuroi and those who have been taken back to their homelands.
Function
The Luminous Witches, under the direct control of the League of Nations Air Forces, established as a unit for protecting people's smiles with "songs and music". Unlike other witch units, witches who are not fit for the combat roles, and/or have been forced to leave the front, are active here. Although it is called the Music Squadron, it is actually a squadron of singers that mainly sing and chorus without playing any instrumental music due to the composition of the members.
Utilizing the fact that aerial witches are members of the Music Squadron, they feature not only singing and dancing, but also air shows with aerobatic flight. It also has the aspect of an air display team by many witches.
The unit's base is Heston Aerodrome in West London, Britannia. However, instead of staying at the base or the front, its members travel around the world and carry out activities in various places, using an Avro Lancaster heavy bomber.

- The Music Squadron is the first witch unit that use the same model of Striker Units for all members, which are the North Liberion AT-6 Texan.
- For long distance travel, the squadron makes use of an Avro Lancaster.
- It is also the first witch unit that have its own uniforms.
- Conceptually, the Luminous Witches are analogous to a combination of the United Service Organizations (USO) and an air demonstration squadron.
