After the climactic battle of the season, which sees the girls fighting a sentient, flying aircraft carrier (the Akagi merged with the Neuroi Warlock), the Neuroi hive over Gallia is destroyed. Everything is rainbows and unicorn farts, and Yoshika returns to Fuso, where just as she begins to settle in to her post-monomythic freedom to live, Suwa Amaki crashes into her shrubbery with a letter from her missing and heretofore presumed-dead father.
