Shindou Mie (新藤美枝^?)

Mie, is a witch from Fuso, she is a Witch from Fuso and based on 進藤三郎.

Background

She worked as a witch even before the invasion, and she had gained a reputation of being a good commander. She's a veteran who participated in the war since the Fuso Sea Incident. She commanded a unit that used Zeros from the start. Under her excellent leadership they had great military gains. She served as the commander of the witches on the aircraft carrier Akagi in the Europe Dispatch Naval Task Force. She was the commander of the Libau Flying Corps for a while. She gave instructions to commanders of both naval and land based units.

She was a type that could give accurate instructions on the sky. Under her command even the smallest units always fought efficiently. She has a characteristic magic of "grasping the three dimensional space", so that even when she takes off from an carrier and flies long distance over sea with no signs she can still bring all of her troops back.

Her air battle abilities were also very good, she could easily handle the Zero in acrobatic movements at any altitude. Because she had full knowledge of Zero and it's limitations, when they started to work with Liberion she knew Zero wouldn't work in the joint tactics, she overcame the resistance from the inland troops and took from them some modified versions of the Shinden unit.
