I thought the British insignia on the strikers still mirrored the RAF roundels albeit being smaller? As in a small red circle on a larger blue circle (type B roundel) superimposed on a wider white circle outlined with yellow?
No, Lynne's roundel wasn't red, white, or blue. It was fresh on my memory from watching an episode recently, although other witches may be using the real colors. I think Gallia's(France's) roundel might be using those colors though.Fallschirmjager 23:58, January 24, 2011 (UTC)Fallschirmjager
You might want to rewatch that episode. Lynne always had the red-blue-white-yellow roundel. She had it in the first season, she probably had them on the cover of the 1.5 manga although not visible and she definitely has them in the second season and the booklets. They are also on the Kotobukiya figurine.

I just made a collage of the roundel from different sources.
Up left is a photo from the first fanbook that, although grayscaled, shows that there are 4 different colours present.
The photo in the middle row is from the Kotobukiya figurine, the screenshot was taken from Season 1, Episode 3 (I know it's not that clear, but I haven't found a better shot)
Lower row and picture on the right are from the second booklet of the second season.
It should be noted that this roundel isn't the same as the one the RAF used (that would be red-white-blue-yellow)
Same goes for the Gallian roundel (white-blue-red) in contrast to the French Air Force (blue-white-red).
As for the edit summaries, it makes it much easier to see what's going on on the Recent Changes and the Wiki Activity pages and it shouldn't take much time to leave on.
