Could Lynette be Jackie Bishop, daughter of Billy Bishop, since Wilma Bishop is Arthur Bishop, son of Billy Bishop? I know Lynette and Wilma have a lot of siblings in Strike Wtches, but Billy Bishop only had two children.

Lynette and Wilma are based on Billy Bishop's children. Since you mentioned that the real-life Billy had two kids, then Wilma is probably based on the older child while Lynette the younger one.(Wilma's the older sibling in the Strike Witches world) Where did you get the information that Wilma and Lynette had other siblings? Specifically, in episode 4 ("Thank You"), during the scene where she and Yoshika are talking about what to do with their pay (since Yoshika didn't know they got paid). She also mentions in episode 8 ("Forget You Not") that she has more than one brother, in the course of noting that since she went to an all-girl school, her brothers are basically the only boys she knows. A Pleasing Anachronism
